Warren Alloy joins the Allied Group

Allied Fitting L.P., a subsidiary of the Allied Group, acquires Warren Alloy Valve & Fitting Company L.P. Both companies are headquartered in Houston, TX and are industrial distributors of fittings and flanges. Allied focuses on carbon steel products while Warren is a distributor of stainless and specialty metal products. Warren also provides its own line of valves as well as special alloy pipe and tubing to its industrial clients.

Marc Herzstein, CEO of the Allied Group and president of Allied Fitting L.P., commented, “This acquisition strengthens the Group’s position in the market place and adds specialty metal products to our product offering.  Warren has a long history in our industry and we intend to strengthen their reputation for breadth of inventory and customer service. We will not be changing their name and are very excited to have Warren Alloy as part of our group. Customers will not see any changes at Warren, except for a larger inventory of the stainless steel and high alloy metals they have counted on from Warren since 1963. Both companies are service oriented and our cultures are very similar. Our goal is to provide better service to all of our customers.”
